I thought this was a really good deal. We got plenty of food, learned some interesting stuff, and never felt rushed at all. For what we paid, I was happy with it. I don’t get why some people act like it’s a ripoff — that’s on them for expecting something ridiculous.

Our guide definitely knew their stuff, which was great!!! But the whole thing felt a bit rushed, and the explanations were kind of all over the place sometimes!!!

I went in thinking it might be one of those tours with like, tiny little bites and then you're still hungry after... but no, not at all. We were genuinely full by the end. Kind of surprised, honestly. The portions were way better than I expected for a food tour, and we even ended up skipping dinner later...

I have a gluten allergy, and they handled it really well without making me feel awkward about it. I think other customers with allergies would feel comfortable here too.

Booking the tour was super easy. It only took a few minutes, the website was clear, and the confirmation came through really quickly. I kind of regret putting it off because there were no issues at all.

Staff was helpful. Friendly too. Had to wait a little. Not a big deal. Overall, service was good...

I had a really nice time on this experience in Chicago. The food was good, and our guide was friendly and easy to talk to, which makes such a difference. It’s always appreciated when people are kind, respectful, and genuinely try to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves. Overall, just a fun and pleasant outing.

The tour was fun overall, and the food stops were really good. My only issue was that the group felt a little too big, so it was hard to hear the guide at times and there was a lot of waiting around. And it’s not even about that ruining the day or anything, it just made the experience feel less personal than I expected. Still, we had a nice time and I wouldn’t call it a bad day.

I really liked this tour. It was definitely more than just stopping to eat. Our guide talked a lot about old Chicago, the different neighborhoods, the fire, immigrants, and how certain foods ended up being part of the city’s identity. It felt more local, like we were seeing things we probably wouldn’t have figured out just wandering around on our own. The deep dish and hot dog stops were great, of course, but I think I enjoyed the little history parts just as much. The pace was easy too, not rushed at all

The guide was friendly and clearly knew what they were doing, so I don’t want to make it sound like it was a bad experience or anything. It was just that the actual neighborhood stops didn’t really grab me. A lot of it felt kind of low-key in a way that might be nice if you already love the area, but as someone taking the route for the first time, I was hoping for a bit more personality, history, or little details that made each stop feel special. Nothing was wrong exactly, it just ended up feeling a little dull overall.
